1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 12bdb platform in any way — whether through the website, any associated mobile browser interface, or any service offered by 12bdb — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the 12bdb platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on 12bdb you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated throughout your use of the platform.

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• 2All activity conducted through your 12bdb account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify 12bdb support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 12bdb offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns — including promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup events, Eid, and other Bangladesh-market occasions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• 5Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or registering multiple accounts in different names in order to circumvent platform rules or claim multiple bonuses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 12bdb platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 12bdb or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 12bdb platform without prior written consent from 12bdb. Unauthorised use of 12bdb intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12bdb, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. 12bdb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 12bdb account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12bdb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and events beyond 12bdb's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions for which 12bdb accepts no liability.
